Adv. Sinay Elias is the founder and head of the law firm of Sinay Elias & Co.

Adv. Elias’ legal practice focuses on the fields of complex commercial litigation, class actions, derivative lawsuits, complex insolvency proceedings and providing legal counsel to corporations, institutions and prominent businessmen in the commercial field.

Since beginning his professional path in 1998, Adv. Elias has represented and counseled his clients in large-scoped financial claims of high profile, situated in the heart of the public eye in Israel. Among the prominent cases managed by Adv. Elias can be found the judgment enforcement proceedings and collection procedures managed across the globe during the liquidation of the Bank of North America; management of financial claims valued at tens of millions NIS pursuant to the La Nasional fraud scandal; proceedings to dissolve the partnership of leading Israeli law firm Shraga Biran & Co.; management of the derivative lawsuit against directors and controlling shareholders of IDB Development with regards to the Israir transaction; class actions against the fuel companies Paz and Delek which led to cash settlements of over $24,300,000 as well as many other high-profile legal proceedings, in the heart of the public discussion (additional details can be found under “Rulings”).

Adv. Elias is vastly experienced in management of “proxy fights” in leading Israeli companies, shareholders disputes in private and public companies, protection of minority shareholders’ rights, claims regarding officer and director liability, partnership lawsuits and dissolution of partnerships, commercial disputed between companies and litigation cases in the field of antitrust.

Also, Adv. Elias specializes in insolvency, bankruptcy and debt restructuring procedures, in which he is often appointed as special manager, trustee, liquidator and receiver by the court, a true testament to his reputation and standing in Israel’s legal field.

In addition, Adv. Elias has unique expertise in management of cross-border litigation, including representation in many countries worldwide in complex proceedings before various instances, including mediation and arbitration In this capacity, Adv. Adv, Elias began his professional path at the leading law firm Dr. J. Segev & Co., where he served as managing partner and in which he had gained considerable experience in managing some of the most complex commercial cases in Israel. In 2004, Adv, Elias established the Sinay Elias & Co. Law Firm. Since then, he has led his clients to impressive achievements in complex disputes, in which he has achieved many precedential and innovative rulings in favor of his clients in Israel’s Supreme Court.

Adv. Elias has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998, serves as a member of the liquidation and insolvency committee of the bar association.

Adv. Carmit Bernstein is an attorney at the law firm of Sinay Elias & Co., focusing her practice on commercial litigation, with special emphasis on cross-border commercial litigation.

Adv. Bernstein possesses widespread experience in management of civil commercial litigation cases and in commercial law and special expertise and copious experience in representation in commercial class actions and derivative actions and in insolvency proceedings.

Adv. Bernstein’s work includes, inter alia, providing regular counsel to companies, drafting commercial agreements, distribution and franchising agreements, other commercial agreements, and management of all intellectual property matters for the firm’s clients, including trademarks, copyrights etc.

Adv. Bernstein began her professional path in 2008 as an intern at the law firm Sanford Colb & Co., in which she specialized in the field of intellectual property, and continued as an associate at Ben Mayor, Barzel & Swartz Law Offices, in which she gained considerable experience in commercial and civil litigation and in commercial law.

Adv. Ayelet Wussuki Dolev is an attorney at the law firm of Sinay Elias & Co., specializes in both civil and commercial law, with substantial knowledge and experience in litigation in the banking and insolvency fields.

Adv. Wussuki Dolev provides ongoing representation to financial institution as well as to private individuals and commercial companies, on various matters, including commercial agreements, banking, financing, collateral securities and real estate.

Adv. Wussuki Dolev  began her professional path as an intern at the law firm Amatsia Atlas & Co. (2001-2002), and continued as an associate at that firm (2002-2005) in which she gained considerable experience in commercial and civil litigation with a special emphasis on banking, insolvency, defamation and representation of health maintenance organizations on various matters. Between 2007-2008 Adv. Wussuki Dolev was an associate at Tamar Golan & Co. where she gained experience on labor law.  Between 2008-2017 Adv. Wussuki Dolev has gained considerable expeience in diverse commercial litigation practice at Miriam Saft, Law Firm, with special emphasis on banking, financing, insolvency and real estate litigation.

Adv. Wussuki Dolev  is a member of The Israeli Chamber of Mediators.

Adv. Yahav Ben Nun has been a member of the bar association since 2019, after completing her intership at The Office of the State Attorney in Israel.

Adv. Yahav Ben Nun manages commercial litigation cases, class actions and provides ongoing legal counsel to the firm’s clients.
